DeviceLock PnP Auditor

DeviceLock PnP Auditor is compatible with any Windows edition from Windows 2000 onward. Installing DeviceLock PnP Auditor on a Windows PC is a simple enough matter. Please note that you must have admin rights to install the software on a Windows PC.

By default, DeviceLock PnP Auditor displays a Tips dialog at startup. If this bothers you, you can uncheck the “Show tips at startup” box. Also by default, DeviceLock PnP Auditor displays a Scan Network dialog at startup. This dialog allows you to choose what the software will scan for. If this dialog bothers you, you can uncheck the “Show this dialog at next startup” box.

Using DeviceLock PnP Auditor is a fairly simple matter: tell it what to scan for, initiate the scan, wait for it to complete, go over the scan results. As previously mentioned, the scan will reveal all connected as well as all previously connected USB, FireWire and PCMCIA devices. The scan report can be saved as ANM, TXT, CSV, or XLS.
